Jennifer Abbondanza

Jennifer Abbondanza serves as Vice President of Corporate Initiatives for NBCUniversal’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion where she works with executives across the company to advance diversity efforts. She leads a team that handles compliance matters and monitors the diversity of NBCUniversal’s workforce, content and philanthropy.

Previously, Jennifer was a Vice President in the Corporate Strategy & Development group where she focused on acquisitions, divestitures and strategic partnerships. Prior to NBCUniversal, she worked at Intel Corp, Deutsche Bank, and Brera Capital Partners. Jennifer graduated from Princeton University with a degree in economics and holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Business. She currently resides in New York City with her wife and two children.
